Had dinner with Rachel last night at Manila's Place, Gurney Plaza. It was a much needed meet-up for the both of us. I am also thankful for the blessing of the meal.
I realized something. I am kinda tired of being a nomad. I'd like to settle down somewhere. All my life (actually since I was 18), I have left home and gone as far as halfway around the globe. I have set up 'tents' in 5-6 different places so far. In fact, my hometown (supposedly KL) feels kinda foreign to me now.
But life is very interesting. I don't think I will stop being a nomad yet.

You know, I'm a nomad, too. I don't feel anything for my mother country Korea, nor do I exactly feel like Singapore is my hometown, and I definitely have nothing but negative emotions towards DC. But thankfully, we won't be nomads forever...the eternal kingdom awaits us, yes? :-)
