Meet-up with Anila

Us, way back in 2007.... doing a posting in Hospital Bahagia Psychiatric department, Tanjung Rambutan...

We had brunch at Winter Warmers today - to celebrate our friendship.

Anila and I used to be group-mates back in PMC. The both of us along with another comrade, Sarah, started a study-group for our POPGP finals, of which the three of us passed with flying colors. Later, Anila began staying back in the library after school hours to study and we'd have dinner with other members of the 'library gang' at 10pm every night. That was when we grew really close... Subsequently, we became prayer partners. She was one of those who gave me unstinting support and encouragement when I was contemplating on moving out of medicine to respond to God's calling during our final year in PMC.

Anila currently works as an MO in Malacca - but she was up in Penang for the past week or so... on a ministry trip. (Her passion for God is really encouraging). So we decided to meet up despite our busy schedules...

It was good catching up on the different directions our lives took after our graduation 2 years back. I've really missed her.
