Surprisingly, when Ben and I turned up at CGMC last Saturday night, Chong Jin was scheduled to preach!:)
So, naturally, the Trinity people (and former Trinity pastor + wife) had to take a picture together.

From left to right: Lay Chen, Chong Jin, Pst. Jeya, Aunty Grace, me (Grace-melody) and Ben..
This trip, I was thankful for the counsel of Pst. Jeya again, with regards to my direction in fulltime church vocation. (God seems to have been speaking to me through Pst. Jeya in the very last week of the year for 2 consecutive years already.) Thank You, Lord!
New steps are currently being undertaken and waters tested - may God's will be done.
Today, since it was a public holiday, Ben and I spent most of the day with dad - visiting my ah ee's and kow foo (uncle)....
It was quite cool. I have never in my life spent the very first day of the year sharing the gospel. Today's got to be the first. Dad, Ben and I were able to 'sow some seed' in my uncle's life today...despite a big debate in between. Dad and Ben did the most work of course. I was too worked up to think straight most of the time, haha.
(I discovered today, that my dad's actually pretty good at cross-cultural evangelism and quickly coming up with answers to counter challenging questions! Amazing illustrations too.)
We left Siew Hong and Chiet Sern some sowing to do as well when they return from STM :P May God water every seed sown...
Will blog more about the trip when I return to Penang... have a lovely weekend, people!
