2nd night in KL...

It has been a good day.

Slept in till 10 something *Grins widely* (yeah, I love my sleep:P), woke up and worked on my emails, went out for lunch with Zoey, dropped her back at her office then I spent a good few hours in the afternoon, window-shopping at Sunway Pyramid. Ruffey I.d had a sale going on - and... and... and... you don't want to know what happened in there:P ~ but let's just say, I didn't do much damage... *Consoles self* But um, also I'm done with my quota now...

I wandered into Marks and Spencers too, and oh my, oh my... I felt so nolstalgic rubbing the M&S Aloe Vera Body Butter (tester) all over my hands and sniffing them. Before you think I'm crazy - it reminds me so much of being in Dublin (coz that's the brand of body butter I used back then with passion), and those long afternoons of trudging down Henry's Street/Grafton Street... window-shopping. I miss the UK. Feel like my days in Europe are not over yet. It's weird to feel that way...because I don't see myself going back there anytime soon.

Spent some time with the Lord in the evening, and I was led to read Psalm 25. I felt that it was a timely answer to some of the burdens of my heart (not that it has anything to do with school next week in any way! ~ yeah, I am worried about some other stuff...) and a timely reminder to put my trust in God.

The best part of the day was having dinner with dad and Zoey after Z's band practice at church. We are all really stuffed now. But that's a good feeling to have, especially because I don't get to do this too often :D

haha, restraining yourself during good sales is HARRRRD!! I'm so cheap, but when there's a sale...there's dollar signs blinging in my eyes! and dollars going out of my pocket!
God's word is SO timely...I've been reading 1 and 2 Kings...It's actually my FIRST time reading this, can you believe it, when I'm a PK? I always thought it would just be some sort of historical drag...but omg...I received so much grace out of it!
have fun, grace!

Pig: Yeah man! I love the smell... it is heavenly!!!!

Burpandslurp: you know it's really cool how you can also read one part of the bible again and again, and each time get something refreshing and new out of it...

I totally agree. Each time you revisit what you thought is a familiar verse..it brings out a totally different experience. That's why it's amazing to experience God and to have an intimate relationship with Him. It's that unique relationship that you know it's only for you....
