Some weekend pictures...

We went to visit a fisherman's village, off Gurney's Drive. It was a refreshing change of scenery. I'm so used to seeing nice expanses of tourist beaches, and clean white sand. There, it was rather a dirty-looking beach, with all kinds of stuff strewn all over - traces of beach-dwellers and their fishermen lives. Then their pet dogs gamboling madly into the cool waters for a dip. It was fun!

It was scorchingly hot that morning! I was thankful not to have sustained any sunburns. There we were squinting in the glaring sunlight!
What was Sponge-bob Square Pants doing in a fisherman's village?:P I wasn't the one who hung him on the pole, btw. We just found him that way - I thought it was just soooooo cute.


Went to 'Mini Taman Negara'... The flowers are finally blooming after the rainpours!
